it is slightly deceptive as well, the shoes I am wearing are shifted to the edge of my feet which make it look more intensive, but yes getting into full lotus took many hours upon days upon weeks upon years of sitting. :) thank you for the comment.

What can I say? Welcome? Hope that this network of 'engaged' Buddhists grows, even though I do not get to spend all that much time on-line or "on site".
